What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ is 300pcs/sets. Some specific designs may require a higher MOQ based on the mold requirements.
How can I get a sample and what is the cost?
General samples are free for 1 piece of each design. The buyer is responsible for the freight charges.
What is the lead time for samples and production?
Sample lead time is 10-15 days. Mass production typically takes 45 to 60 days.
What are your payment terms?
We accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) with a 30% deposit and the balance against the copy of the B/L.
Do you maintain any stock?
No, we do not keep stock; all items are produced based on orders.
