WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) is a green building material made of 55%-60% natural wood/bamboo fiber, 30%-40% eco-friendly HDPE, and 5%-10% chemical additives like anti-UV agents and stabilizers.
Is it difficult to install WPC decking?
Not at all. It is very easy to install using standard woodworking tools. The boards are typically fixed to the substructure using specialized clips.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
There is no strict MOQ, though pricing varies by volume. Mass production for a 20ft container typically takes 10-15 days.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes, samples are free of charge. You only need to cover the shipping cost, which is refundable upon confirmation of a mass order.
Can we customize labels with our own logo?
Yes, we can stick customized labels on the boards if you provide the drawing or logo design.
What are your typical payment terms?
Our standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the balance paid before shipping or against the B/L copy. L/C is also accepted.
