3. Can I get a sample and what is the cost?
Yes, samples are available. A general sample is free for 1 piece per design, though the buyer is responsible for freight charges.
4. What is the lead time for samples and production?
Sample lead time is 10-15 days. Mass production typically takes 45 to 60 days.
5. What are your payment terms?
We accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) with a 30% deposit and the balance against the copy of the B/L.
6. Do you accept Amazon orders?
Currently, we do not accept Amazon-specific small orders for this particular product line.
