Sample time is approximately 10 days, while bulk production takes around 35 days. Shipping for samples typically takes 7-10 days depending on the method chosen.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 1000 pcs, although this may vary slightly based on your specific design requirements.
Can I customize the size, logo, and painting?
Yes, we fully support customized sizes, logos, and specific painting designs to meet your requirements.
What are the accepted terms of payment?
We require a 30% advance payment, with the balance due before shipping. We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union, Money Gram, and L/C.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
We use worldwide expresses like FedEx, TNT, DHL, and UPS (7-10 days). We also offer Air and Sea freight for larger or less urgent orders.
Are hanging materials included with the lanterns?
Yes, each lantern comes with a metal support and a hook. We also provide a 130-feet transparent fishing line for easy hanging. (LED lights are not included).
